The first image is from this weekend. Joey has started putting everything in his mouth. Maybe he's teething a bit early. Or maybe it's just his fascination with everything. (I know that's how babies learn about the world around them; they put things in their mouths.) But it's so cute. The drool, not so much.
I also bought him a little book to put pictures in, since so many of his family live far away. (Don't worry - we practice "Nana" every day.) He's also using this as a teether, although not as often because it's so big and harder for him to hold.

I see you've included the "blue shirt" picture. Nice! Brendan has one of these books too. We haven't changed the pictures since we moved here and he still looks at it all the time. He especially likes to open it to the picture of my Mom and Dad.
I hope there are pics of me in that book...Where did you get the book from?
Hunter had that same yellow rattle when he was a baby. Soon his little brother will enjoy it just as Joey is - chew away Joey!!!
yes, shel. when you open it it's john and danielle and then gloria and joe. then when you turn the page, it's rachel, ryan and shae, and then you and shae. (yes, shae is in every picture of the haldaman side.) don't worry - he'll know your name, too!
