Maybe you heard we went on vacation in August. Yeah, it's taken me a while to get some free time to upload pictures. I'm hoping my sisters have more, because I don't really have that many. These are some fun ones from the wedding.
The kids insisted on sitting down on the beach. And making funny faces.
Nana with her favorite one-year-old.
Trying to get a shot of all the grandkids.
Back at the beach house, Jacob was doing a lot more walking than he has before. He was exploring the kitchen, and he realized he fit into some of the cabinets. He had so much fun sitting inside the cabinets. Just look at that smile!

Summer Fun
We haven't really had much of a summer here. One hot week in July, and then pretty much 70s or 80s since. Not that I'm complaining too much, but I was making progress with Joey (and Jacob) in the pool, and it really just hasn't been hot enough to go back since. This past weekend was beautiful - again just in the 70s, but the boys were outside playing.
There was a wheelbarrow filled with water involved somewhere, so instead of worrying about Jacob sitting in soaking wet clothes, I just put him in his beach attire. Which was a smart move on Mommy's part, as it wasn't too long before he was trying to climb into said wheelbarrow. (He got one foot in.)
Once Jacob had his suit on, Joey couldn't wait to put his on, too. And then he was just running around the backyard like a crazy man. (I swear, even though you can count his ribs, we feed him whenever he's hungry!)
